No. ViaCara introduces clients to you. Scheduling, payments and client records stay entirely within your practice.
How do clients know they want hypnotherapy specifically?
Our triage conversation explores what each client is hoping to change and how they'd like to work. When hypnotherapy is the right fit, the introduction comes with context about the client's goals. You won't spend the first session explaining what hypnotherapy is.
Which bodies do you accept?
GHR, CNHC and NCH registered hypnotherapists. We're expanding to additional bodies as we grow internationally.
Can I pause between clients?
Yes. Pausing retains your tier pricing. Resume anytime at the same rate. This works well for hypnotherapists with variable caseloads.
